The Toronto Public Library has a whole host of resources for newcomer students. Visit the nearest branch to get your library card (or a replacement) which will gain you access to the wealth of electronic resources. Over the March Break, check out Library Events for teens around the city.
► Plan ahead knowing there will be limited access (e.g., fewer computers to use). Please respect the classes that are in session and remain quiet. The Library may be closed during the following periods (this is subject to change: always check the whiteboard near the entrance):

Monday: Period 3
Tuesday: Period 2
Wednesday: Period 2, 4, and 5 (Teacher Workshops & Classes); open Period 1, 3.
Thursday: Parent-Teacher Interviews
- Period 1 > 8:50 – 9:50; Period 4 > 10:00 – 11:00; Period 5 > 11:10 – 12:10
Mar. 16 – 20: March Break

Monday: Period 2
Tuesday: Period 2; Period 3: TEDxtalk ramp-up for Apr. 9th
Thursday: Gr. 10 OSSLT (no Classes, Closed)
Friday: Period 2, Period 3
*lab/winlab: study spaces/computers are occupied by a class.
Please remember to sign out your computers with photo ID during lunch. The library is reserved for quiet work when a lesson is being taught.
